Mini English Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought)
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Procedure

  1. Slice English muffins in half.
  2. Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each English muffin half and spread evenly.
  3. Place 4 pepperoni slices on each English muffin half.
  4. Cover each mini pizza with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes/
  6. Let cool then eat.
