Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• Potatoes, all the same size

Procedure

1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
2. Place the potatoes in a Dutch oven.
3. Place the Dutch oven near an open fire or in a hot oven.
4. Roast until cooked through.
