Ingredients
- Strawberry juice, for rim
- Sugar, for rim
- 1 oz light rum
- ½ oz strawberry schnapps
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
- Crushed ice
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Fresh strawberry, for garnish
Procedure
- Rim a glass in strawberry juice and sugar.
- Shake rum, schnapps, lime juice, powdered sugar, strawberries, and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a whole fresh strawberry.
- Serve.
