Tubani is a Nigerian dish eaten by the Hausa people. It is made from maize, soya beans, and baobab leaf powder.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups soy beans
- 4 spoonfuls of kuka (baobab leaf powder)
- 1 small piece potash
- ½ cup chilli pepper
- 2 teaspoon stock cube
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Procedure
- Blend all the ingredients together, adding water as needed to make a smooth dough.
- Mold the dough into your desired shape.
- Fry the dough in vegetable oil.
