Whiskey Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whiskey
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate in a nonreactive container for up to 2 months.
