Butterbeer is a drink from the Harry Potter book series.
Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 quart apple juice
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- Divide between mugs.
- Heat as desired, and serve.

- Add rum or brandy for an adult butterbeer.
