French Martini

The French martini is a cocktail served in two forms, sometimes referred to as “classic” and “modern.” The modern form is presented here.

Ingredients

  • 4 parts vodka
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 part Chambord (or other raspberry/blackberry liqueur)
  • 2 maraschino cherries

Procedure

  1. Shake ingredients with ice.
  2. Serve in a cocktail glass with maraschino cherries.
