Tuwo alkama is a swallow made from wheat flour and water. It is commonly eaten in the northern part of Nigeria

- Whole wheat flour
- Water

Procedure
- Sift the flour to remove any debris.
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Gradually and continuously stir in the flour until it forms a thick mixture.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
