Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole-wheat
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C / gasmark 3).

  10. Cool on a wire rack.
